1. For a comprehensive assessment of your business a personal meeting is recommended
2. MDT International and/or its Consultants are not liable for any information provided and reserve the right to refuse discussing complex cases without a face to face consultation
3. This service is primarily for trouble-shooting and general answers
4. For customer satisfaction and control your telephone consultation may be recorded
5. All information discussed with any of our Consultants will remain strictly confidential. None of the information shared with any of our Consultants will be shared nor discussed with anyone outside of your organization
6. Fee is based on an hourly rate and is charged per 20 minutes block
7. First Consultation of 15 minutes at No Charge is limited to one such consultation per company
8. All cancellations and rescheduling must be received in writing by MDT International at registration@mdtinternational.eu
9. All cancellations and rescheduling received with less than 48 hours notice prior to the consultation scheduled time are subject to a USD $80.00 cancellation charge
10. Registrations can be transferred to another person within the same company for the same agreed time. Please contact Customer Service at registration@mdtinternational.eu with the replacement’s information
11. MDT International and/or its Consultants reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any call, whereupon full fees will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled mutually agreed consultation time
12. If during a telephone consultation you wish to continue your meeting with our Consultant, you may, depending on this particular Consultant’s time schedule, be offered to:
    • Carry-on your conversation / meeting. However, in order to do so:
      • You will be required to furnish full credit card details for immediate processing
      • You will be charged per 20 minutes block at USD $80.00
